Don Given explains in some detail how the Growth Plan caused the current housing crisis and how the provincial government's response will exacerbate the crisis. Frank Clayton reminds everyone of how supply and demand impact prices in the marketplace.
Unfortunately, the second and third panelists, Michael Bissett and Katarzyna Sliwa, offer tired cliches and platitudes instead of real solutions and informed everyone that the masses were just going to have to get used to living in high-density, whether they liked it or not.

Their answers were incoherent to say the least.
